304 Stainless Cutting Board — Double-Sided

One side is food-grade 304 stainless steel — the same steel the base of our titanium pan is built on. Non-porous, so it will not soak up garlic, onion or raw-meat juices, and it wipes clean instead of scarring. Flip it over for the wheat-straw composite face, which is kinder to your knife edge for bread, fruit and veg.

A knife sharpener is built into the frame, so the board that dulls your knife is also the thing that fixes it.
