Both names refer to the same business. Either may appear on your order confirmation, on your payment card statement, or on the parcel you receive. If you see a charge from one and expected the other, it is us — but email us and we will confirm it.

How we operate

We sell lighting, home and kitchen goods, beauty and wellness products, tech accessories and watches through this website. We hold no retail shop and do not sell in person, so the address above is our business address rather than a place to collect an order or send a return.

Orders are dispatched by our fulfilment partners from warehouses in the United States and in China, depending on the product and on what is in stock when you order. Because of this, delivery times differ between items, and an order with several products may arrive in more than one parcel. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.

Returns

We accept returns for 30 days after delivery, and we do not charge a restocking fee. Every return must be arranged with us by email or phone first so we can give you the correct destination for that item — parcels sent to an address you found elsewhere will not reach us.
