Thick 4D-foam cushioning with a sculpted arch and heel cup — built for shifts that don't let you sit down.
Wear them for a month. If your feet don't feel different, we refund it.
foam stacked under the heel, where a work boot gives you the least
cushioning runs the whole length, not just a heel insert that shifts
a moulded arch and a raised heel cup hold the foot instead of letting it spread
perforated structure moves air and wicks sweat through a full shift
Specifications supplied by the manufacturer. Cushioning insoles support comfort and shock absorption; they are not a medical device and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a diagnosed foot condition, speak to your doctor or podiatrist.
The softness is immediate — that is just foam under your foot. What you are testing is whether hour ten feels different from hour ten last week.
If you have been walking on flat factory insoles for years, a supported arch feels odd for a few days. That settles. Do not judge them here.
This is the real test. Not how they feel when you put them on, but whether you are still thinking about your feet when you take your boots off.
Comfort first. Then the arch settles. Then the end of the day feels different. In that order.
Walking rotates load across the foot. Standing parks your whole body weight on the same two points for hours. That is why a shift on a hard floor hurts more than a long walk.
The honeycomb deck moves pressure off the ball and heel and across the whole footbed. Same weight, more area carrying it.
A cheap insole compresses once and stays flat. High-rebound EVA returns to shape between steps, which is the difference between month one and month six.
The arch and heel cup stop the foot spreading and rolling inward under load — the quiet cause of the ache that creeps into the knees and lower back.
Take out whatever came with the shoe. Use it as a template if you want to be precise.
Cut lines are printed on the underside. Trim the toe only — never the heel.
Seat the heel into the back of the shoe, then flatten forward. No adhesive needed.
Wear them for 30 days. If the end of your shift doesn't feel different, write to us and we refund the full amount — you don't post them back.
In the shoes you actually work in, not the ones by the door.
Long enough to cover the adjustment week and still leave three real weeks.
No form, no return label, no questions beyond what we could do better.
Yes, and boots are what they are best in — a steel-toe or a walking boot has room to spare once you pull the thin factory insole out. Take that one out first; stacking a thick insole on top of another is what makes people say insoles are too bulky. In a tight dress shoe or a low-volume trainer the fit is snugger, so if that is your main pair, expect a firmer feel across the top of the foot. They trim along printed lines under the toe, so you can take a size down to fit a shorter shoe.
That depends more on your weight and hours than on the insole. The foam here is high-rebound closed-cell EVA, which returns to shape between steps rather than compressing once and staying flat — that is the difference between an insole still working at month six and a supermarket one dead by week three. If you are on your feet more than eight hours a day on concrete, plan to rotate a second pair and expect to replace them roughly twice a year. That is exactly why the two-pair option exists rather than being a padded upsell.
These are cushioning insoles, not a medical device, so the honest answer is that they can support comfort but they are not a treatment. What people with heel pain tend to report from a cushioned insole with a real heel cup is that the first steps in the morning and the last hour of a shift are the parts that change. If your pain is severe, persistent, or you have been given a diagnosis, see a podiatrist — a custom orthotic does something a foam insole cannot, and we would rather say that than sell you the wrong thing.
Each size option covers a two-size band — US 8.5–9.5, US 10–11 and so on, with the EU equivalent beside it. Pick the band your usual shoe size falls in. If you are on a boundary, take the larger band and trim the toe along the printed cut line rather than squeezing into the smaller one; you can always remove material, you cannot add it. Sizing is US men's — if you wear women's, subtract roughly 1.5 to find your band. Colour is cosmetic only: every colourway is the same foam, the same thickness and the same arch, so pick whichever you prefer — it sits inside the shoe either way.
Hand wash in cool water with a little mild soap, press the water out with a towel and air dry away from direct heat. Do not put them in the washing machine or on a radiator — heat is what breaks down EVA foam and destroys the rebound you paid for. Washed this way and dried properly they keep their structure. If you are wearing them daily in work boots, alternating two pairs so each gets a full day to dry out will roughly double how long both last.
