How big is it, really?

About 6 cm tall and about 18 g, hand-measured. Look at the photographs where someone is holding it — it sits comfortably in a palm. It is a small, deliberate object. If you want something that fills a mantelpiece, this is not it.

Is it glass, or is it plastic?

Handmade glass. Each stem is worked by hand, so no two sets are identical — small variations in the bend of a stem or the thickness of a petal are normal, and they are why it catches light the way it does.

Will it survive the post?

It ships padded and tracked. If it arrives damaged, send photos of the item and the packaging and we will replace it.

What if I do not like the colour I picked?

You have 30 days. If the colour is wrong in your room, send it back for your money.

How do I look after it?

Dust it with a dry, soft cloth. Keep it on a stable surface, away from anything that might knock it over. Not for the dishwasher and not for outdoors.
